The world renowned Kilfenora Céilí Band take their rich musical heritage into the future with a show that is expertly choreographed by boasting highly rhythmic traditional tunes, together with beautifully sung airs and witty repartee. This traditional legendary group regarded by afficianadoes as the quintessential Irish céilí band, coming to Kilkenny for their debut, will be joined by acclaimed singers Edel Vaughan & Jerry Lynch from Co. Clare and dancers Laura Minogue, (Co. Clare), and world champions Michael and Matthew Gardiner (Co Galway) to perform an uplifting, energetic and entertaining show.

The Kilfenora Céilí Band is made up of leader John Lynch (banjo, mandolin), Claire Griffin (accordion), Tim Collins (concertina), Gary Shannon (flute, whistle), Anthony Quigney (flute, whistle, piano), AnneMarie McCormack (fiddle), Sinéad Heagney (fiddle/viola), Anne Rynne (fiddle), Eimear Howley (fiddle & banjo), Fintan McMahon (piano), Sean Griffin (drums) and Brian O’Grady (double bass) and Sharon Howley (cello).
