  • Ticketing Data: The purchasing of tickets is processed from our ticketing software company Ticketsolve. When you purchase tickets, gift vouchers or membership online, by phone or through our Box Office, your name, email, address and contact number will be stored by our ticketing company.
  • Online Data: When you purchase tickets online, in order to process the transaction, data is shared between Ticketsolve and Realex which is the payment gateway used.
  • Should you choose to receive information from the Watergate Theatre, the information you provide will be used only by us to deliver services and to keep you informed with news in relation to the Watergate, special offers and future events. If you sign up to our email list, your details will also be held on MailChimp which is integrated with the Ticketsolve system.
  • All financial transactions are processed through Realex which is a safe and secure payment and processing solution. We do not store your bank details on our system.
  • You will be asked if you wish to receive information and updates regarding The Watergate Theatre and upcoming shows. Should you choose not to receive information in regard to special offers, news or upcoming events your contact information will be used only to contact you, if required, in regards to your booking.
  • We do not forward our database to outside companies involved in marketing. If at any point, you wish to be removed from our database, you can inform us by contacting marketing@watergatetheatre.com or by calling 056-7761674.
  •  By opting in to receive emails we will add you to our marketing platform MailChimp where you will receive information regarding special offers and information about upcoming shows. MailChimp does not share your information with anyone. If you wish to unsubscribe from receiving emails, you can opt out at the end of any email received or if you wish to alter any of your contact details or remove them from our system you can contact marketing@watergatetheatre.com
  • For those who request to receive mail, we post our season brochure to our customers four times a year and may post letters highlighting specific shows or special offers.
